• The Alaska SPCA is an Alaskan 501 (c)(3) nonprofit that has been serving pet families in our state since 1955.

• Donations made to the Alaska SPCA stay in Alaska and are tax deductible.

• Our shelter depends on donations for nearly 90% of operating expenses.  Adoption fees cover only a fraction of the cost of re-homing a pet.

• No gift is too small.

 

Donating in Person

• We can accept cash and credit card donations at either our Clinic or Adoption Center.  You will receive a receipt for tax purposes.

• Are you receiving services at the Clinic? You can add your donation to your invoice simply by letting customer service know at the time of payment.

 

Donating by Mail

• For your protection please send mailed donations by check.  Do not send cash or your credit card number.

Donating Online

• Online donations can be made securely through our Network For Good giving partner.  You can choose to have your donation go to the area of most need, or you can elect to have your donation support our Senior Access Program, Spay & Neuter Services, Adoption Center Animals, Support for Abused or Neglected Animals, or the Transport Fund which helps save animals in rural Alaska from being destroyed and finds them new homes.
