What can I do in the Pet Portal?

  • Schedule a Vaccine Clinic appointment

  • Access records, include rabies vaccination certificates

  • Request refills of current medications

  • Check your account balance

  • See what care items your pet is due for

Hiccups with Booking Vax/MC Appts.

The part of our vet clinic software (EzyVet) that allows clients to schedule their own vaccine or microchip appointments is not working properly. If you are trying to book either of those types of appointments and cannot get in through the Pet Portal you have several options:

  1. You can try to schedule by phone. Dial our main number, 907-562-2999 and select option 2. The phone is manned M-F, 8:30am-5:30pm. If you get the voicemail please leave a clear call back number and your name.

  2. You can use the walk in option. We accept walk in vax/MC appointments M-F, 9am-5pm. Clients are accepting in the order they’ve checked in, with scheduled appointments given priority over walk ins. Because of the difficulty in self scheduling, the wait this week is minimal.

We are hoping that the software company corrects this glitch quickly and we will update you as quickly as we can.
