Day 3: Rosie
This beautiful German Shepherd found her way to the Alaska SPCA more than once, searching for a place where she could finally feel safe.
Rosie has a gentle heart and a sweet, loving personality, but her anxiety meant she needed just the right match—someone patient, understanding, and willing to let her settle in at her own pace.
Thankfully, we had the time and space to give her exactly that.
Today, we’re thrilled to share that Rosie has been adopted and is thriving as the cherished center of her new family’s world. Now four years old, Rosie fills her days with nose games, tug-of-war, and plenty of belly rubs, all within the calm, predictable routine that helps her feel secure.
